Your Responsibility
For orders shipped within Texas, Prieur USA automatically calculates, charges, and remits the applicable Sales Tax on your behalf — you have nothing to worry about.
For orders shipped outside of Texas, you as the customer are solely responsible for paying any and all applicable sales taxes or other taxes imposed by your state or local jurisdiction. We do not collect or remit sales tax for out-of-state orders.
You may be required to report and pay sales tax directly to your state or local tax authority if your order is shipped outside Texas. If you have questions, consult your local tax authority or a qualified tax professional.
Typographical Errors &
Inaccurate Pricing
At Prieur, we strive to provide accurate information about our products including pricing. Despite our best efforts, occasionally typographical errors, misprints, or technical inaccuracies may appear on our website or in our advertisements.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product — even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged.
If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled due to a pricing error, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We will contact you for instructions before shipping, or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
We will ship the product at the correct lower price, or cancel your order and notify you accordingly.
We do not guarantee the availability of any product at a specific price. Prices are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion.
